Call for Internship abroad scholarship – M2 students

The Neurograduate school is launching a call for applications for outgoing international mobility of master students (path M2FCN).

  • The duration of the stay will be 5 months and the financial support will be 1000€/month, for the whole duration of the stay. Note that the oral evaluation of the internships takes place in person in Lyon on mid-June.

  • The call is endowed with a total of 6 fellowships for the academic year 2024-25 (30 months)

Eligibility

  1. Applicants should be applying to the M2 Fundamental and Clinical Neurosciences (FCN) program and be willing to join a team outside France for their internship (Jan-Jun 2025). Final awarding of the fellowship is conditioned to acceptance in the M2 FCN program.

  2. Applications should set up a research program to be carried out during the stay. This program must be proposed in agreement with the M2FCN master director and the person in charge of the implementation of the project in the host laboratory.

Selection procedure

Selection criteria will include the assessment of :

  • The academic and research curriculum of the applicant

  • The research program. More specifically, the research program will have to be precise and consistent with the requested duration of the stay

  • The added value of the stay to the student’s training

  • The involvement of the applicant (specific objectives and tasks)

    The selection committee will include :

  • The head of the Fellowships Action Team of the Neurograduate school

  • The director of the M2FCN master
