Foreign internship grants

These grants are aimed at students from the three M2 programmes within the scope of the IVID Graduate initiative, wishing to undertake a 6-month research internship in a foreign laboratory.
Grant amount : €1000 per month for 6 months, totaling €6000 per recipient.
This scholarship is compatible with other international mobility aid programmes.
Eligibility criteria:
Students enrolled in the M2 LIVE, 3i, or Infectious Diseases Master’s programmes.
Applications must include a research programme to be carried out during the stay. This programme must be validated through an internship agreement between the M2 academic supervisors and the person responsible for implementing the project in the host laboratory.
A complete application file must be submitted by 15 November 2024.
Award criteria:
Academic excellence and candidate motivation.
Quality and coherence of the research project with the disciplinary field of the IVID Graduate Initiative.

Send a CV and a cover letter to patricia.doublet@univ-lyon1.fr
Attach the draft internship agreement between Lyon 1 University and the host laboratory abroad.
Include a summary of up to 20 lines describing the research programme.
Selection procedure:
Applications will be assessed by the IVID Graduate initiative Council.
The decision will be announced on 2 December 2024, for the grant to begin in January 2025.
