Are you interested in discovering the research world during your vacation before taking the plunge?
Our thematic programmes regularly organize summer and winter schools during holiday breaks to immerse you in the exciting world of research. These events are often organized away from research laboratories, in a more rural setting, and welcome renowned researchers from all over the world. They are thus given the opportunity to share the fruits of their labor with both future and young researchers.
Summer and winter schools are a fantastic way to meet and exchange ideas on specific research topics. The informal atmosphere often leads to the emergence of new and original ideas, and taking part in such events is an excellent opportunity to expand your network.
Are you a student in a Graduate + program and looking for a summer internship, or would you simply like to discover the world of research during your vacation before taking the plunge?
Internship allowances are a type a type of compensation that companies offer to their interns, typically provided on a monthly basis, to support their essential needs and expenses including food, transportation, and housing.
The Graduate + project aims to support students in their transition to the world of research and to initiate professional networking by linking thematic programmes’s current students and alumni.
Each student is paired with a researcher, a mentor, who works in one of the research laboratories affiliated with the thematic programme. These mentors will offer advice, career guidance and valuable networking opportunities.
The mentoring program includes monthly meetings to build a trusting and rewarding relationship between the student and mentor throughout their academic career.
